  • Who can I contact to request clarification or additional guidance?  Contact the HI DOT-Aviation offices at (808) 836-6413.
 
  • Additional notes: All who travel interisland will be required to fill out and sign an Interisland Declaration Form. It will include: Name; residential address; contact telephone number; and destination information. They must also indicate the purpose of their travel. The form can be completed prior to arriving at the airport.   • Pilots are reminded to carefully check all NOTAMs before flight and be alert for ATC service reductions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
 
  • Pilots should also contact the Airport Manager prior to departure/arrival to confirm availability of services.
