Good morning everybody.I'm a FO from China and I lost my Part 141 flight course certification(Which I got in Texas). I asked the manager of school to have a new replacement but he tell me he can't do that.It only can be made once.I'm confusing about it.How can I get a replacement of my training certification?

You should refer the school to 14 CFR 141.101(e) which requires them to provide a copy of your training record to you upon your request. The only problem would be that 141.101(d) only requires the school to maintain your records for one year after graduation. How long ago did you graduate?
@Ronald Levy I graduated almost 5years.And I don't need the training records I need the graduated certification.Is this certification only keep for 1 year in school?

Depends on school policy, but after five years they may may have disposed of your records which would render them unable to create a duplicate graduation certificte.

That said, what would you have done if the school had gone out of business? You have to be very careful with important documents like that, including making a copy to store separately in case you lose the original (although at this point that's water under the bridge).
But regardless of that, why would anyone need your school graduation certificate after you got the certificate/rating for which the course trained you? The only FAA need for that certificate is to show the examiner when you take the practical test if the school doesn't have examining authority to simply issue the new certificate/rating. Since five years have passed and you're working as an F/O, I would think you already have the certificate/rating involved.
