is Stage 1 Chronic Kidney Disease (considered mild CKD) a disqualifier?

So most of the time, an eGFR (estimated glomerular filtration rate) of 90 or greater means your kidneys are healthy and working well (Normal is 90 to 120), but you could have other signs of kidney damage. Signs of kidney damage could be protein in your urine (pee) or physical damage to your kidneys etc.. Blunt trauma from accidents etc could cause this damage.

Is that a disqualifier for a private pilot medical?

At a creatinine clearance below 28 no issuances are possible.
