Has your AME submitted it to the FAA yet?  What did you enter in the MedXpress on line?

I’m not sure of the process but I already have the certificate, I think yes he has submitted it in order to be issued.

I didn’t have the option to enter neither height or weight while filling the online application only hair and eye color.

When the AME issues the certificate on the spot, it may not be submitted to the FAA for up to 30 days, so depending how long ago you had the exam, it may still be in the AME's hands.  But either way, start by contacting the AME and explaining the error.  He will know how to fix it.

For the future, read the certificate carefully in the office when the AME hands it to you before you sign it. That's when fixing errors is simplest.

The exam has very likely already been transmitted and can't be changed even by the AME at this point.  Realistically, there isn't an efficient way to correct this other than having a new application and physical exam with the AME.  You can contact the FAA Aerospace Medical Certification Division and provide them with your identifying information but they are so busy that this would probably be considered very low priority. The best way to contact any of the FAA Aeromedical facilities now is by email.  Here is a link to the Regional Flight Surgeon sites with an email link.  You can provide your regional office with the information and ask them how to correct the mistake.  They cannot physically change the information on the application, but maybe can offer an alternative other than applying for a new medical and having another flight physical.
