I'm plannig a flight from KSUT TO KSAV. It is a 2 hour flight in the C172 equipped with Mode C transponder. A direct flight will take me over KMYR and KCHS class C airspace. Question is, do I make 3 deviation requests for the flight? Two to over fly KMYR and KCHS and one to land at KSAV. I'm happy to get just the one for landing at KSAV and fly around the other two. I like flying so more time in the air is never a bad thing for me. If any of you have a link for this topic, I'd appreciate it. I can't find any answer with I search FAA.gov. Thanks!

It's entirely up to you. There is nothing in the regulations or other FAA guidance saying which option you should choose, only that if you do choose to overfly the MYR and CHS C-spaces, you must make your deviation requests to each facility at least 1 hour before you do. The reference is 14 CFR 91.225(g)(2).
Requests for deviation are made online using FAA's ADS-B Deviation Authorization Preflight Tool, also known as ADAPT - https://www.faa.gov/nextgen/equipadsb/adapt/
