Can I enter a student that has already started training?

Yes sir.  Any student can be added to AFTA at any time.  A new student to your school with 0 hours to a currently training student with many hours.  The Student Assessment tool within the Deviate section of the instructor iPad app is how you do that.  It is recommended to either watch our training video on how to use the Student Assessment tool first or contact AOPA (aftasupport@aopa.org) for some preliminary information BEFORE using this tool the first time.  This will give a quick guide so that you have the best experience possible.
