I am a NAAA Certified Senior appraiser that has 3 appraised aircraft hanging in the Smithsonian so the owners could get their just tax write off. I do buyer agency and have helped numerous buyers make the right decision at the right price.. I have appraised aircraft from a 1929 Fleet Model II to a Boeing 767. I do legal work including diminution of value and post crash valuations. Too often, sellers price aircraft so that they will never sell and chase the market as prices go down.
