Warning about a company that will take your money by deception.  If you search "FAA Aircraft Registration" the first search result will be from "www.nationalaviationcenter.us"

When you click on it it takes you to a form that contains all the information you need to provide information to the FAA.  As expected there is a fee collected (as one would expect from the FAA).

Bottom line, is this is a private company and the small print terms and conditions are that there are no ...

I've heard rumor of this, but now I wonder how broad it is.  I just got a $96 landing fee bill for Calgary International Airport.

I noticed on 9/1/2020 a flight popped up under my tail number and now I have a $100 bill that I have to spend time getting out of.  Seems like the bar to charge based on what could be bogus ADSB data is pretty low.
What prevents someone from punching in someone else's tail number into their transponder to avoid landing fees?

Here is the flight in ...

We are a flying club with 2 planes.  We are looking for a broker who could offer a stronger parnership.  Certainly Assured Partners through AOPA is on the short list.  Any ideas on the best way to search for and find a new broker?  Not trying to shop rates as we know the underwriter list is short, but rather trying to find a stronger partner who will advise us as we continue to operate and grow.
Anyone else experiencing huge insurance increases?  We are a flying club with two aircraft and are shocked by the increase.  Seems to be an industry move to recover costs from hurricane and other natural disasters.  Insuring a Cessna 172 and a Cessna 182 should be low risk but looks like we are paying for the costs of others.  We don't live in a hurricane risk area.

Good morning,

I have been a member of a flying club based out of KILG for about 10'years.  It's a stable club with a well equipped 172/180hp.  We are expanding to add a 182R plane to the club the I purchased and will lease it to the club.  We are currently accepting new members.  We don't do primary training, but do training after private.
