What is the difference between medical certificate first class and student pilot certificate, and only medical certificate first class while applying at MedExpress ?!

One of my friends applied yesterday and when he got the confirmation number, the completed form of his application showed that he would be issued
medical certificate first class and student pilot certificate which made me confused, and it shows that his choice was Airman medical certificate.
What is the difference between medical certificate first class and student pilot certificate, and only medical certificate first class while applying at MedExpress ?!

I had my medical with a height of 74, I’m only 66.
it was filled wrong by the AME, is it possible to be corrected by the AME ?

I’m not sure of the process but I already have the certificate, I think yes he has submitted it in order to be issued.
I didn’t have the option to enter neither height or weight while filling the online application only hair and eye color.
I had my medical with a height of 74, I’m only 66.
