Stephen,  my club is just getting started with a new NFP corp with 10 strong members and a slick 172M....but we are worried if our experienced pilots drop off our insurance policy(sell out to student pilots) ...we will have too many students ....and therefore high insurance premiums............we were told it is based on the 3 factors...hull ground...hull in air...and the tricky formula of "experience"  of our is rated on a complicated formula with the lowest time pilot and the highest time...and average of the rest.......Any advice before we let too many students on the policy???
