Holas & howdies LSA pilotos, good to see a thread if not our own subforum :p
So heres a new twist, i had an insur. quote for my E-Fox stipulate ( glad i dont qualify, but hope to, 1 day ) ; " Any other person who is 75 years of
age or older must hold a current and valid FAA medical certificate issued by an FAA medical examiner before acting as pilot in command of the aircraft.has to have an faa medical"
So much for a drivers license exemption when most will probably need it ?
The Dan J. article (link above) is a keeper for sure.

Jen Tyler here. Brand new to flight training. Taking lessons in a Flight Design CTSW. Love this little thing! Let's show the love for the light sport. You guys are awesome. Cant wait to share the excitement of the journey! I am working with some great people at Aero Smith flight school out of KMRB. Great People!
So far this little butterfly of a plane has'nt seen much sky. First two lessons were a little windy (doesnt take much). The third lesson was a GO. However, ... more

wish't i could have afforded this much fun @ u'r age! i.m in the Phx area, my partner & i share a beautiful little A-240 "e-fox" hope to solo soon & be able to soar out on my own : }
